I bring over 20 years’ experience in innovation management in the public sector, including 17 years specialising in innovation funding.

I created BJY Advice to build on this track record and focus support for life sciences innovators on high value-added work, so they maximise their chances of securing funding for their projects.

• Deep knowledge of the health innovation ecosystem at regional, national and European levels (specialised clusters, associations, companies, researchers, healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and innovation support organisations)
• A rare dual profile combining life sciences and innovation project management, allowing me to understand complex scientific issues and expertly handle the technical, financial, legal and administrative aspects of innovation projects—from funding applications to the management of awarded projects
• PhD in Neuroscience (Integrative Physiology: neuro–immuno–endocrinology)
• Master’s degree in Management of Organisations and Industrial Projects (management, production, quality, engineering, etc.)
• AFITEP/IPMA Project Management Certificate

• Certificate in industrial property, contract negotiation and European project development

• Proven expertise in reviewing and assessing grant applications for national funding agencies
• Served as an expert panel member for the 2020 “Biomedicines” (bpifrance) and “New Expression Systems” (ANR) calls for projects
• Extensive experience reviewing regional funding applications for the Pays de la Loire and Centre-Val de Loire regions (AAP Recherche, APR)
